“Palestinians” is an adopted name from 1964, when the flag of Gaza was established and resembles Jordan’s flag. The ancestral homeland to Jews is Israel. Jews existed ur own Jewish state before the land of Palestine, which was under rulers of the Romans, Ottoman Turks, and the British Mandate. Before the Roman Empire, the Jewish land of Israel and Land of Judah was a successful Jewish country until the Roman invasion. Before the Romans, it was ruled by the Hasmonean Kingdom, which was Jews. They ruled the city and area around it in Judea from 140 to 110 as a vessel state of the Seleucid Empire, then as an independent nation from 110–63 BCE.
From the mid-seventh century, Muslim Arab armies from Saudi Arabia began to travel north into Central Asia and west across Africa, invading the countries they passed. The Sasanian Empire, exhausted from many years of war with the Romans, was spectacularly defeated and Iran and Iraq were soon conquered.
Moving toward the decolonization of the British Mandate of Palestine, Israel began its re-establishment of our Jewish state, Israel, in 1917 with the Balfour Declaration to end the British Mandate finally in 1948. The Arabs in the land of Palestine, not country of Palestine, sold their land and homes to the Jewish people. Some of theses homes selling left Arabs homeless and bitter, resulting in the Nakba of 1948, which is similar to 10/7/23- a war started by Arabs against the Jewish people in the “Zionist” (means supporting Israel) which was a failed genocidal attempt on Jewish people. The remaining Arabs from other countries have rejected Israel’s existence since the actual establishment in 1948 leading up to 10/7, the most horrific attack on Israel and Jews since the Holocaust.
Why is this important? A violent terrorist group, Hamas, invaded the legal state of Israel on 10/7/23 brutally murdering over 1,200 Israelis and citizens of the entire world, including Americans. Hamas and Gazan’s took hostages into Gaza resulting in an all-out war after Hamas declared war by murdering over 1,200 people, infiltrating Israel’s military, torture, burning down of homes, mass rape, and more.
